ISOTHERM doesn’t list any Dealers or Distributers in SE Asia
Isotherm

So perhaps you should contact:

Indel Webasto Marine USA Inc (Isoterm)
3400 Gateway Drive, Unit # 107, Pompano Beach, FL - 33069
Phone (954) 984-8448
Fax (954) 979-2533

Replacement parts for Isotherm units

Hummm! Thanks for that but it is starting to look like I will need some serious advice from a cooling guru. Those parts are mostly off the shelf stuff that they assemble in Italy ( China more likely) tripple the price and send on to us. Fine fair is fair for business I guess but ... I need replacement parts and getting them from the States through the %#&$%#)@* customs here would be a nightmare. I wonder if some kind hearted freezer guru could help me source the generic parts needed to replace the faulty ones I have. I managed to source the compressor I needed from Danfoss here locally at less than 1/3 the cost of Isotherm. It is the same exact compressor with exactly the same control unit. I still need an air cooled condensor unit.

Any ideas will be appreciated for sure

I also have 4 units on my boat in Asia and have been successful getting the parts I need.

Useful contact is Benedetta Rinaldi [mailto:benedetta@indelmarine.com] of the parent company of Isotherm.

They will usually refer you to parts in Australia at Bob Littler

Contact Anthony Courtney [mailto:Anthony.Courtney@bla.com.au]

Odds are that the parts you need (including circuit boards and compressor) are made by Danfoss and you will get the parts much much cheaper if you contact a local Danfoss distributor in your area with your part numbers.

They may not have in stock and will need to order but base price is about 30 to 40% less than going via the marine suppliers

Good luck

Isotherm Parts from Danfoss

Thanks for the advice but after looking around and above all seeing the mega difference between buying direct from Danfos or going through Isotherm I would rather deal with Danfoss. Was looking at the condensor and can't seem to find any serial numbers. Anyone have ideas for that ? If I can beat that part Im home almost free and can use the local Danfoss supplier.
