Are they better? Clearer?

We could highlight just the part of the quilt that shows a particular chart, or (as we do now), highlight the entire area covered by the chart, including the eclipsed portions.

Other comments?

Umm,just an aside,I can't (on XP)duplicate Cagneys experience with "hover"Chart info on "412"....It looks as it always did which is pretty nice!...otherwise I'm very happy with what you have here as to highlighting, etc.

I'm easy regarding highlighting and info, no big deal. I do like the new, more conspicuous display of the Safety Depth/Shallow Depth line.

Re: OpenCPN Version 2.4 Beta Build 412

...and I've learned to save/backup the "cm93" folder (in Windoze of course,it's inC:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\opencpn) so I don't lose those cool recalibrations of these vector charts on OpenCPN upgrades. It's too cool to actually consider navigating with these....

PS I'm using the cm93 positions of lights from"Object Query".These do not agree with actual positions that (in Canada) the Hydrographers post but it seems to agree with the shoreline and raster charts...but I'm off the thread here.

PSPS.I find F10 works to make full screen FROM the "small window"(what's it called?not minimise...)and usually shift+10 shrinks the window-seems you have to make sure the window is forefront/highlighted with a mouse click in it...not a big deal for me,, because when sailing,O is the only thing happening on the laptop anyways.

F10 also works if I tap it TWICE.
