Test note for the unreleased version 4.1

Problem with OCPN focus introduced in 4.1
OCPN version: 4.1
Last Git commit before build: "Initial Version 4.1.0"
Problem system: WinXP

Description:
"Focus" is when the program's frame is filled and keystrokes are reflected in OCPN.
"w.o. focus" is when OCPN is visible in front of other programs but without marked, colored, frame and not sensible for key strokes.
Scenario:
-Viewing OCPN with Focus.
-Shift to another program by Alt+Tab.
The other program is visible for less then a second and then OCPN is back in front but w.o. focus.
(Keystrokes are reflected by the other program. Mouse zooming are reflected by OCPN)
If I now use Alt+Tab again the other program is visible, stable with focus. Another Alt+Tab and I'm back on a visible OCPN but w.o focus...and so on.
-If I give focus back to OCPN, by a mouse click on the frame, everything is normal until next Alt+Tab when we're back from start again.

This behavior is introduced in 4.1. (Accidentally I reinstalled 4.0 for a double check.)
It's not a problem on my Win7 nor my Linux machines.
It's not OpenGL dependent.

As expected, from commit notes, this version, 4.1, has a different way of starting OCPN. First the last chart is rapidly shown and then all plugins are eventually coming up.
Also shut down is somewhat faster. Also as expected I suppose.

The log file is attached. In the first session I didn't use Alt+Tab but the in the second Alt+Tab is used several times.
(The file is a PDF!)

Hi, for info...
To confirm that my above description wasn't limited to one (weird?) PC I've fetched my boat's XP machine for a second test.
The result is exactly the same for that WinXP as described in my above post.

I'm not sure you need my comments but some Win specific issues in last commits: (Until:"Complete initial implementation of PlugIn API 113")
(My assumption is that you for the moment build in Linux only?)
