I don't know where you are located but I got my main from National Sail Supply out of Florida. 51' luff, 19.5' foot, full batten pockets and reefing points, 9.88oz dacron $4k. Really good quality too. It's made by Rolly Tasker out of Phuket.

We are a multihull specialty sailmaker, Calvert Sailmakers LLC. I own a Leopard 46 cat and have been offering others on multihull forums some very good sail prices.
We offer American made sails at our St. Petersburg loft or, better prices through our overseas manufacturer, Durtek Sails, the producer for Quantum Sails. Message me for options and quotes.

For what it's worth, would just like to say that Mr Calvert supplied me with a superb set of three sails a year ago. Actually think I found him on the forum.

Gave me a fair deal on quality product and understood my boat and goals. Pleasure to do business with, answered lots of questions, measured, followed up and went out of his way to help:Click image for larger version

Another happy Calvert Sails customer here. I did a lot of research first and wasn't disappointed. Dave was very patient with my questions and helped me reach my goals without breaking the bank.

Very nice sails ! I can see vertical battens on the genoa on both pictures. Is this supposed to prevent flapping ? Mine is terrible above 20kts upwind, especially when reefed...

Not qualified to comment when we have Dave Calvert viewing, but I think supports the shape of the leech - flattens/straightens it - generally speaking, and a by product of that is less flapping

Re: New sail for 470 Lagoon

The vertical jib battens allow for some positive roach area to be added to the luff. A sail without need quite a bit of hollow. So more area for given overlap. Not sure the added area is worthwhile vs the cost and hassle for cruising. Probably a few percent increase.

Try tightening your leech cord when reefed or moving the lead forward on the sheet.

Where is the lagoon 47. Thru my rigging business, I supply UK and Mack sails depending on your needs.
