Re: Prout 34 Snowgoose $35,000

Hi Ed,
She looks to be in nice condition!
I was wondering if you took the ballast out from the bows.
And, what are the interior height measurements: saloon and hulls?
Thanks!

Re: Prout 34 Snowgoose $35,000

Snort - I ran out of time the last time out of the water so did not get the ballast out. Still in stock trim. There is 5'7" at the front of the table in the salon and well over 6" in the hulls. Thanks for the comment - still needs some TLC.

The images dont match up. There are Davits on the one with the tender and no davits on the image of it sailing.

ozskipper - you are correct. I only had this picture of the boat under full sail before the davits were added. it is tough to get pictures of your own boat under sail. I had the davits custom made and they work GREAT !!

Re: Prout 34 Snowgoose davits

Here they are. I could bounce up and down and they do not move. This is before I tied them together to hold the solar panel.

Wow thats impressive. Impressive that a guy my age can do Chin Ups lol.

More seriously, I understand your reasons and the mix up now. She looks like a great boat. All the best with it

Re: Prout 34 Snowgoose steering

Sorry, I have just driven 2500 miles in the past 7 days and sometimes life gets a little busy.
Engine teering is by the original Prout steering lever. I connected it to the outboard.
25 Yamaha is 4 stroke - I believe they have stopped selling 2 strokes a few years ago. it operates very well and never cavities. It does however ventilate under certain conditions.
George - if you would like to sell your boat , I would suggest starting your own post to do so.
Harry and Mellow - sending you a PM.
Ed
