Hello esteemed forum members! I have had a major life change just at the finish line of a year’s worth of refurb on my 82 Morgan OI 416 “Braveheart” and need to sell. I had not intended to sell for some time, and with the state of the boat I’m looking for a little input on pricing these days. It is my first boat sale, any helpful words are appreciated! Here’s the details -

The boat is at the finish line of a big refurbish, all work is underway and the boat is out of the water in Progreso, Yucatán MX. The needs are - rigging all sails and lines again, and then checking all electric and plumbing etc for recommissioning. Here’s what has been done -

Work done this year -
- reinforced fiber on hull, keel, and rudder, she’s as strong or stronger than the day she was commissioned
- All new teak flooring
- Jib, main, and mizzen sail maintenance
- Fresh bottom paint, and fresh gel coat on entire hull, deck, and masts
- Shaft and propeller worked on at the turner, good as new
- Engine cleaned and refreshed piece by piece, and fresh engine paint put on
- New batteries
- Installed 3 new hatch windows on deck
- 4 new Beckson port windows in salon
- New fiberglass bimini with nautical mural on underside
- Nautical mural in forward berth
- All new upholstery and cushions throughout

- dinghy lift and 3 dinghies (1 folding Banana boat rowing dinghy, 1 solid fiber dinghy, and 1 inflatable)
- Torqueedo outboard with spare battery

- 2 air conditioner units just serviced but not yet installed

- Watt&Sea aquatic generator
- new Raymarine EV autopilot (purchased spring 22)

I’ll attach some pics here if it works, signal has not been steady. Any input on pricing this beast? I was thinking 60k but not sure if I’m shootings high or low…
