1992 Hunter Passage 42 95,000. in Grenada

After 15 wonderful years we think it's time to travel to places we can't get to in S.V.Wahoo. She's a great old girl we've crossed the Caribbean 4 times and find her as comfortable to live on as she is fun to sail.

She's already in Grenada so no long passage to get here just lots of great sailing immediately. Wahoo is a Turnkey boat and we're willing to leave all tools, spare parts and galley equipment aboard saving you thousands of dollars.

Wahoo is totally ready for cruising, in fact, we’re still aboard and cruising in the Grenadines. So you can bet that any little thing goes wrong we will fix it. In November she was hauled out for some TLC and had her bottom repainted with Pettit Trinidad. She has lots of great features. One is that, for ease of handling, all lines come to the large center cockpit. That cockpit with its Bimini and dodger can be enclosed for inclement weather. The stern has a sugar scoop with outdoor shower.

Go below and you’ll find the spacious salon and an amazing galley with 3 burner stove & oven, microwave, refrigerator, deep freezer( fun fact there are 3 vertical ice trays - you’ll always have ice!). Walk aft through an alleyway with the Nav Station on the port side and access to the engine and generator to starboard. There are 3 access doors to the engine room. You’ll find them under the companion way stair, in the alleyway and also from the aft stateroom.

Continuing aft is the master stateroom with centerline queen bed, vanity and lots of storage. There’s an adjoining head with shower/tub enclosure & electric macerating toilet.
Midship is the spacious salon with lots of storage under all the seating and flooring. We’ve installed a wizard of a bar so none of those rums you’ll collect will clink against each other. The table converts to another double berth.

Forward is a comfortable queen V-berth. Access to head with shower & electric macerating toilet is from both the v-berth and the salon. The V-Berth also has lots of storage space. There is 6.6 headroom throughout.

I can send out tons of photos and a video-weird that some of these are sideways.

I’m aware of only one H42 which sold in Florida in the last 12 months. Nothing in FLL. What broker? When?

Re: 1992 Hunter Passage 42 95,000. in Grenada

Are you interested in buying at the price point you mentioned. We’re happy to discuss pricing on a phone call and as we want to sell this season we’ll consider your offer.
BTW a broker friend gave me a list of comps. Plus we did a fair amount of research on our own to arrive at a fair starting price. We’re the seller, you’re the buyer that says it all, lol.
