Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 380

The SO 380 is in the Top 5 of my list. We will mostly sailing the med.

I know the disadvantages of Jeanneaus very well. But they are mostly on the interieur side and I like woodworking! :-).

So for us the front cabin is a plus. No need for artistics. Spacious under deck and a large cockpit. Retractable Davits and the 2 cabin layout fits perfect for a couple. The deep keel version is ok for us. Shallow keel version is a 35K plus :-(.

The weigth with 7.2 tons (travel ready) could be a speed accelerator.

Did anyone sailed the SO 380? Maybe in strong wind (30 kts up) conditions and can tell about it?

Or any other qualified experience wirh the SO380?
