Does This Sail Make My Butt Look Big?

Description: I took a photo of Jahnn (my wife) as we were motoring up the Hudson River with our new-to-us Mistral. She said she felt her grandfather, whom we have a photo when he made the same trip around 1900. I merged both photos as a Christmas present for her.

Nice touch. My father was a sailor in the teens and twenties. He passed on when I was 14 and although I never did any boating with him, I feel a special connection with him when I sail.
It's an extra bonus when my son sails with me.
Our first trip was up the Hudson to L. Ontario. I'll never forget it.

Beautiful! I know she treasures the picture.
My father was a sailor for 23 years. Thank God he is still with us now 83 years young. I love to listen to his stories of far away places. That is what started my yearning for the sea at a young age. I just bought a blue water boat and hope one day to see all the places he has seen. He may not remember what happened yesterday, but remembers every minute of being a sailor. He will always be my Captian.
