Connection problems w/iPad / iPhone

So, I have been using this app for years, but of late, I am having intermittent issues with connecting via both the iPad and the iPhone. One day success, the next day not. Today the IPhone connects but not the iPad. Yesterday, both worked. I’ve tried restarting, connecting via cellular vs wifi, re-booting, etc.. I think there’s an issue with authentication. Maybe during this Covid19 crisis there’s to many connections for the server to handle. BTW, selecting app support from the App Store just brings you to the web browser with no specific link to ask for support. Oh, and yes, I have no problems with a web browser logging in so that may mean it’s not an overload. Lastly, I love Cruisers’ Forum, it’s just the app that needs help!
