Hi,

Has anyone else been having problems with the uploaded images on the site?

When I double click on an image uploaded by a user (any user), the screen goes dark and I get the loading box in the middle with the load spinner but that's it. I come back 3-5 minutes later and the spinner is still just whizzing along. This happens on photos, line drawings or any other uploaded images.

I haven't tried on a different web site because I'm not sure what this site uses to view these pictures or what other site might use the same software. I don't have a different computer to try either.

Everything seems to be working here.

It happens from time to time. I usually just click the x to close it then reclick the image and it appears.

OK, looks like it's just me. I just tried some of the images again (first page of the "Cruising on $500/month" thread) and the Tartan diagram opens, the Cape Dory only opens to a black screen after the loading spinner stops and the Falmouth 30 diagram just has the loading spinner. It never does load.

The bright side is that if the Tartan image is loading up, my computer's OK and the forum software is working properly. Now I just have to figure out why some of the others images are dead.

I have had that happen on and off for months, if not years.

Hint: You can actually click anywhere outside of the photo, and re-click.

Yeah.. I knew that too.
