Garmin 820 vs Raymarine c95

I am looking to buy one of these chart plotters as an upgrade. I want to connect my ST60 (2001) depth and speed to the unit. I sail on Lake Champlain, NY, but we plan to go to the Bahamas later this year. Looking for advice including which device has better charts.
