How do I stop email notification
I have now the iPhone app and don’t want to receive messages in my emails about new replies or new posting

Can you help me with that?

Go to User CP (top green bar)

Select "Edit Options" in left menu

scroll down a bit to "Default Thread Subscription Mode"
