Internet Explorer and outdated Flash/Java are the #1 attack vectors on the internet today. Do yourselves a favor and use A N Y T H I N G other. Chrome/Safari, Firefox, or Opera are all good. No single browser covers all needs, such as I use IE for my bank, Opera on my phone, & Firefox for everything else. It is SO worth your time and effort to learn FF. Not to mention all of the plugins and user scripts that are available. Please, you computer loves you, won't you show it some love back?

Re: Problems Downloading Pages from CF

Here's what I've found with my computer:

About two weeks ago Adobe made an updgrade to Adobe Flash Player available and I applied the update, and YouTube and some videos stopped working!
I called Adobe and their response was that if I'd give them my credit card number they'd be happy to take a look. I refused.
Adobe Flash Player version 10 has problems supporting 64 bit internet routers. Version 11 is in Beta and a release date has not been identified.
The latest sub version appears to have distroyed the fix that Adobe had in the previous sub version.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 is a 64 bit based system tailored for and installed on all new 64 bit computers. As is the latest verson of Apple. Both to take advantage of the latest Intel chips.

I'm in the process of getting one of my friends geeky sons to take a look.
Stay tuned.

I'm right with you donradcliiffe, I can't stand Internet Explorer either, I don't think I'll ever go back.

Hopefully this Chrome problem gets sorted out soon!

In the Chrome "Under the Hood" options page there is a selection box for the "Predict network actions to improve load performance" service. Try deselecting this service.

Re: Problems Downloading Pages from CF

I just installed the latest Firefox, and all is well again. Going back to Chrome, the problems start again. Shame, as I liked Chrome - but if it doesn't work, there's not much point having it.

Hopefully the latest Firefox is more stable than the last few versions.
