Removing mosaic tile from inside

Looking for advice. I have a Morgan OI 41 ketch. And the prior owner installed mosaic tiles throughout on bulkheads. Really. Any advice on how to remove it, (there is a LOT), and what/where I can find something similar to teak strips (but less expensive) to replace it with would be so gratefully accepted. I've looked at this horror for two years and I need to fix it.
