Where are activity alerts?

On every other forum I'm on, there's a little bell that tells me when someone interacts with something I'm watching. I can click it and it brings me to the post. Where is that on this site? I've looked and looked and can't seem to find it. I do get emails when someone responds to my post, but I have to dig through the forum and find the post to read it.

Go to your CP (Control Panel), select Edit Options, and you will be able to sign up to receive notifications.

You can click on the link in the email to go straight to the updated thread.

Ah I remember this platform. The first forum I joined was a Camaro forum that used Vbulletin. Other forum platforms I'm on have a notification bell permanently pinned in the banner atop each page. Wish Vbulletin would do that.
