Anchoring in the Dry Torgugas

Hi, I heard (from a Cruiser who heard from another Cruiser) that you can not anchor in the Dry Tortugas any longer unless your boat is set up for 100% holding tanks (100% means Sewage as well as Grey Water).

Could anybody who has been there recently, confirm this with a YES or NO?

Thanks,
Ken

Found the website for the DT Park. Anchoring regulations section copied below. The area referred to RNA (Research Natural Area) where gray water discharge is prohibited is shown on a map at the link at the end.

Skip

All heads must be fitted with Coast Guard approved marine sanitation devices; discharge overboard valves must be secured while boat is in park waters. Fish or chumming materials used for fishing, water generated by routine vessel operations such as greywater and deckwash, and uncontaminated bilge water are permitted, except in the RNA, where discharge materials of any kind are prohibited (outside of cooling water or engine exhaust).

Actually had no idea that there was a website but looked and there it was. Sometimes you just get lucky.
