I do think the water police go after powerboats more than sail. A case of criminal "profiling" no doubt .

There are some anchorages near Miami, like Stadium. Where the fast Barbie boats party very hard and very long, close to daybreak. Less than 2 miles from USCG Miami, where is the justice.
