Cmon guys even if a person is asleep or not displaying the correct signal, your still not supposed to run them over.
Maybe there is some shared blame, but he got run over, not the other way around.
I'll bet he makes more money out of this that he would have fishing?

He very well may eventually make some money but when will he get a check for his loss? How long before he can find a third suitable fishing vessel, gear it up and get back to work? Considering his past experiences (bad luck), would you want to insure him? Just how many bananas does this guy have onboard?
