Hurricane Force Winds in France !

Well this is some pics from the damaged caused from the low that brush the north coast of spain and the atlantic side of france , winds over 160 km/h , 45 killed in france plus a lot of damaged in some marinas.

looks more like the tide was extra high and the cat & dock went over the pileings,then the tide went out and.... is this La Rechelle?

Storm surge + high tide ...

Yesterday I looked out of the cockpit and found that there was only about one foot of the wall left dry in my marina. Fear to think what happens here if we get this and some surge and some high winds. At least I know local waterfront bar-owners will serve me good rum if we SAIL into their place ;-)
