Sailors arrested after one goes missing

Noticed this story today.

Guernsey Police arrested the men after fellow yachtsman René Morvan fell overbroad from their boat, Jouvente, on Saturday night.

The trio were questioned over why they had not reported the 63-year-old missing until they arrived in St Peter Port – four hours after the incident.

Despite a major air and sea search, there has still been no sign of the 63-year-old, who was last seen floating in the water off Guernsey’s south-west coast at about 9pm on Saturday.
