Why no USA Boats in 470 World Championships

We just sailed into Thessaloniki Greece and found out the 470 World Championships are going on. Now there are multiple races on this board who believe racing is everything but wow not one USA boat is here. At least when I went through the list I did not see one. Did I miss something? or are USA racers just not competitive.

And those who have read our posing know we are not racers nor do we care and no we are not going to watch.
