I had to laugh

When I bought my boat I had never sailed. The second time I took my "new" boat out I had everything set and had checked to see that all was totally ready. As I eased her out into St. Andrews Bay and looked to see that I'd be in no ones way I felt confident. I smartly raised the jib, feeling all cool, and as I gazed up at the beautiful sight.... OOPS.... I had hanked it on upside down.
I had a big laugh at my own expense. Lucky it was a weekday and I was alone out there.
