10m Cooper Prowler - Seaworthy?

I just bought myself a 1987 Prowler Sedan 10m with twin tmad41b Volvos. The props seem way off. Does anyone know what these boats came with from the factory? I max out at 11kn at about 3300rpm and it will not get up on plane.

Greetings from the Indiana side of Lake Michigan! My husband and I purchased a 1990 Prowler 12m last year and have loved every minute of it! We are also looking for replacement window pulls. Does anyone know where they can be found?
