2007 Proline 29Express vacuflush problem

I have a 2007 proline 29 express and it seems last Friday the vacu-flush stopped working for the first time. I don't think the vacu-flush pump is working as I don't hear anything when the pedal is pushed down and the water is not going down. I looked for the vacuflush pump but as of yet have not found where it is located? I am looking under the cockpit berth access panel and see the sump pump for the shower but no vacu-flush mechinisms.
Do I need to pull the toilet up to get to it or there is another access panel I am not aware of. As much as I love my boat, areas are not very accessible for my
6'4" frame. Any help would be very appreciated as not a pleasant problem to tackle.
