Birchwood 33 Project Total Revamp

Hi all,
I bought a Birchwood as a project. Ill be putting in new floor support, floor, upholstery, plywood, new senders for new fly bridge gauges, new roof, electrics and an engine overhaul
I intent to do most of the work myself and I'll update ye on my progress with pics.
First off, I going to construct a new roof out of ply with mould for windscreen and large sunroof. Part of the roof will need a curve,
what is the best way to incorporate a curve with ply?

Also, the engine is a 1979 4.236m Perkins, does anyone know if the senders are floating ground or ground?
Michael

Re: Birchwood 33 Project Total Revamp

Local cabinetmaker supply companies sell bending plywood. Wont be marine grade so encapsulating in epoxy or other is imperative. You could make you own by kerf cutting marine grade if you are handy with a table saw or straight edge and circular saw. Go to West System Epoxy web site they have some how to articles that would help.
