Buyer broker referral

Does anyone know of a good well trusted broker for buying an older boat in BC , Vancouver iIsland area?

Who pays the fees for the broker when you have a broker , is it the buyer or the seller, or both? I’ve been told that for buying a boat, the seller pays , and not the buyer, even if the buyer has a broker to represent him, but then I’ve been told by someone e else that the buyer pays as well...so which one is the correct one?

Moretolife, The brokerage fee is taken from the sell price so it’s the seller who pays. If only one broker is involved, that broker gets the commission; if two brokers are involved, they split the commission.
