Custom Designed portable catamaran

Hey guys what do you think of this idea? i was just thinking of a way to replace my inflatable boat with something faster and custom designed.

Do you think this is accomplish-able?

fiberglass or wood materials versus PVC hypalon
catamaran for more stability but with less length and weight similar to xcat
center net or mesh area for sitting on
must weigh below 120 lbs preferably around 80 lbs
transom that is detachable from catamaran
disassembled small enough to be below 12 feet in length by 2 feet wide
hull length between 9 and 12 feet
(small enough to store behind my couch inside my apartment)
speed must be above 30 mph and preferably 40 to 60 mph
can hold an outboard between 10 hp and 25 hp or more
must hold a load of 600 to 800 lbs in passengers or cargo
weight of outboard should be between 30 and 90 lbs
total weight must be below 200 to 250 lbs
detach and disassemble in 20 minutes or less
