Deck Covering

We are replacing the old original carpet in our 2000 Chris Craft 328. What material should we go to for the following issues:

Cool to the feet in very hot weather
Ease in cleaning
Durability
aesthetic value

Any help here would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Frank

Re: Deck Covering

From the context am I correct in assuming this is outdoor carpet in the cockpit, not in the living spaces below?

Re: Deck Covering

Correct...this is for the cockpit. That said the carpet in the cockpit is the same as that in the cabin.

Thanks,

Frank
