Extended Launch Trip Remote Location - What to take?

We have just put a crew together for a months launch trip to Fiordland New Zealand planned for march April 2013. We are travelling from Wellington to Fiordland down the west coast of the south island. There will be up to 6 crew. We are on a 65Ft Salthouse http://www.salthousemarine.com/salt65_1.php designed and built in NZ. The launch is 3 years old and well equiped but todate no extended trips have been done. I'm interested in other forum users experiences of extended trips away to remote places on launches and also cruising Fiordland NZ (for which I have seen a thread to follow)
