Maybe they'd sell for less without the charter biz.

The one in WA is really in China. It hasn't been built yet, or at least its started, and needs completion. I wouldn't buy one new, even if I had the dough. They depreciate too rapidly. Used on that is definitely the way to go.

Re: Find My Boat - $5,000 REWARD!!!

Hi Galaxy,
I've been following your Blog as I have 4 kids of my own 8,6,4 and 2 and love real estate, an obsession passed on to my from my wife's family. I have a Sh**y Saturn ( not even a truck!) full of nails and tools. Anyway, I have been planning on how to get me and my crew sailing so love your full on approach to life.

Here is my contribution to the search. Let me know your thoughts. Well within budget.

His terms were really unreasonable, as was he.

Anyway, the boat sold a few months ago.

Hey Curtis,

Thanks for chiming in. Real estate can be very addictive
I can totally relate. My pick up is covered in screws, tools, switch covers... Sometimes I have to clean out the junk to squeeze in the kids

That boat is very interesting. It might make a nice Plan B boat, especially at that price. I haven't heard of the builder. Too bad it wasn't on the East coast. I had decided that my Plan B boat would have to be on the East Coast, although it seems that many of the boats that I like are Northwest I don't want to spend too much on transporting it back, since I only plan on having it 2 or 3 years.

Thanks for posting it

Life's way to short. I say take your kids out sailing now!!!
