Gemini 3200 for Sale . . . Insights . . . What Next ?

My Gemini 3200 has served my family and me well for the past 4+ years taking us to the Abacos the past 2 summers but recent surgery tells me my sail boat ownership days are ending. Our boat and I are located in the Keys. I am planning to handle the process my self and would like any insights, warnings and suggestions from those that have been down this path.

I still want to cruise and will soon begin looking seriously for a power boat that will provide comparable accomodations in about the same length. I think the PDQ 32-34s are ideal but too pricey for me for the next 3 years. I've seen a couple aft cabin boats that might work. I'm not inerested in express cruisers and would like to stay under $ 75k.
