Just bought a 37 Fountaine Pajot, beginning to get acquainted, can't seem to get the aft deck ceiling lights to work, yes, have checked the bulbs. Any secrets that might help?

Basic structured problem solving. Start at one end and test each component in the circuit in sequence.

Do you get voltage at the fixture?

Do you get voltage at the wire ends where they connect to the fixture?

Do you get voltage down stream of the breaker?

Do you get voltage upstream of the breaker?

....

This will isolate the problem component.
