Prowler Catamarans

Hello— new to this forum —
I have owned a number of small fishing boats and now want to get into cruising. My wife and I went to the boat show">Miami boat show and looked at large sailing cats — we found a fe we liked, but ultimately I am a power boat guy. I did fall in love with the room cats offer, recently I came across an ad for a sold boat that looked exactly like what I have been looking for, my issue is it appears they are not made anymore and not many come up for sale.
The boat is a Prowler Catamaran built by Charter Cats SA. the specific boat was Manzy — a prowler cat 50–
Does anyone have any information on these boats? Any history? Has anyone here owned one I could speak to to find out the good, bad and ugly if there is any?
I know they made other sizes and there is a 46 or a 48 for sale right now that appears to be under contract — so thats out.

Dont know if its the same, but similar at least.... you could build or have built a new one to your own specifications.

Good luck on the search the MANZY is a fine looking vessel why are looking for a catamaran they are troublesome to tie up being as wide as they are.
