What boat is this?

Sorry if there already is a "what boat is this" thread somewhere, but I couldn't find it so here's my question:

Can anyone identify the boat in the picture? It was anchored outside Cannes last Friday, 14.9. There's a James Bond 007 logo on the back.

"007 is the former 32m Amazon A, built in 2006 by Aegean Yachts, and then refitted a first time and named Royal Enterprise. Now Royal Enterprise (Amazon A) has been rebuilt in a small explorer/expedition style yacht, with a small copter landing area at the top and now painted in black with orange lines."
