The Landing School Marine Engineering Program

Can anyone offer information about the marine engineering program at The Landing School in Maine? I have talked to them and gone through the information that they offer, but I was wondering if anyone has any firsthand experience with the school. The school is not cheap, and I am wondering if it is worth the money. Do you come out of the school with pretty in depth knowledge of all marine systems or is it more basic? It seems that most graduates go on to work in boatyards, what other careers are available after graduation? I would really like to work up to be a charter or delivery captain, would this be a good first step for that sort of career? Any recommendations on alternatives? Any information is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
