UKSA vs Allabroad for YM Offshore/STCW fast track?

I have been doing research into the sailing schools that offer yachtmaster fast track programs and STCW certification, with the goal of obtaining employment in the yachting industry at an entry level position (no delusions here). UKSA and Allabroad Sailing Academy are my top choices right now but I would be happy to consider others as well.

I know there's something to be said for training in difficult waters like the Solent but I would also like to avoid being in northern europe during the winter and the associated seasonal depression that comes with it.

Any testimonials or recommendations about UKSA and Allabroad (or other schools) from people who completed their fast track programs would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
