Cutless bolts

Quick question,

Does it matter which side the nut vs bolt is on?

Thanks

I’m a nut on the inside guy myself.

Re: Cutless bolts

Leave them on the outside: if they're inside, and that plate has to come off, they're going to be hard to retrieve. Sometimes, people epoxy the bolts in place, so that taking the plate off while on the hard, it is easier to install again. It is an application where there is some concern about oxygen deprivation corrosion.
