Lancer 36 strut

Hi everyone,

We left Mexico 3 years ago on our beloved Lancer 36, Magic Carpet, we are now in New Caledonia, across the pacific, unfortunately we broke the bronze strut and would like to replace it, but we would like to avoid having to haul out without having the replacement part in hand.

Does anybody know if the lancer 36 jhas a custom strut, or is it something that might have a part number?
Or maybe you now hot to find the right dimensions of that part, without having to remove the actual broken piece from inside the fiberglass?
Maybe there are schematics available aside from the rough floor plan given by sailboatdata.

Lancer has been out of business for a while, but Bill lee the architect is thankfully still among us, maybe he has schematics?

You'll find below a photo album of the part showing rough dimensions, and position on the boat

Thank you
