Time to find a new diver. PYI sells a lube kit with the zerks and a gun which takes the tube (like toothpaste, not cartridge) screwed into it for application. Out with the bungs, in with the zerks, and grease, remove zerks and reapply bungs. Zinc even easier...

Amen, but your anode replacement will depend on your area. Ours is somehow nasty enough that we replace anodes rather more frequently - and we're never on a dock, so it's not stray current at work...
