oil bath shaft system

Has anyone refitted their boat with one of the two available products, evolution or seatorque? If so how was performance changed. I am considering putting one of them in m 35' lobster boat to try to squeeze a little more speed, efficiency out of the 220 john deer as well as reducing vibration. Any insight would be greatly apprecieated.

I've never seen or heard of one in action but it looks like a high maintenance unit. And if the seals were to fail all hell could brake loose in a short time.

If you pull your boat out often, like most fisherman, then an inspection and maintenance each time would be good insurance.
