Which propeller?

Hello,

I need a new propeller for my sailboat, but have no clue which to get.
It should be a fixed one for various reasons (there is a generator mounted on a clutch connected to the propshaft...).
Right now, I have a variable pitch prop with 22 inch diameter.

My vessel:
40.000 kg + 7.000 displacement (50 ft steel ketch)
120 HP engine (Sabre) 2500 rpm max
reduction gear 2:1
shaft diameter: 1.5 inch

Can you recommend a propeller?
I never went too deep into all the different models and options.
