Adding pump to manual system

I have a bad kitchen pump faucet, replacing with pump and faucet.

Where to put the pump is my question in the line of plumbing.

I have a manual pump toilet and sinks as well, can I pressurize all or just the new kitchen tap

No idea what happens if you add a pressure pump to manual pump plumbing

I'll let others debate the best way to plumb your fresh water system...but I can tell you that your manual toilet should never be any part of it. Manual toilets have internal pumps that pull in flush water which should only be fed via a line connected to a dedicated thru-hull.
