Another fridge problem

Hello sailors,
My old control unit on my fridge kinda broke. It doesn't give enough power supply to my fan (inconstant 2-3 volts), while the rest of the equipement fonction well. I have been given a used control unit (secop 101N0220). This time, my fan does work, but my compressor doesn't want to start. My compressor is an old frostmate 1995.
- may the three phase of my old compressor doesn't fit with the newest control unit (then have to change the whole thing)?
- should I buy a new control unit?
- may i have missed something?

Additional information needed. Frostmate compressors in this range should have a 3 digit model number, from that you can lookup amp draw to see if it is compatible with that controller. Also need to check the used (which makes it suspect) controller for output.
