Best tank monitor

I own a 44 foot 1989 monohull. I’m looking to install a new monitoring system for fuel, water and waste. Any recommendations?

Re: Best tank monitor

For water and Waste the SCAD systems are top rated. Scad Tank Monitors Others should be able to provide recommendations for fuel tank monitors.

My first question would be what are each of the tanks made of for fuel, water and waste. If you have plastic tanks, the SCAD may work for you.

We tried the SCAD (inside a PVC tube) for our waste and finally gave up on it after the manufacturer sent us 3 new PVC tubes after the senders unexpectedly failed. We switched to a WEMA sender (now KUS) and it has fine for the last 3-4 yrs.
We replaced VDO senders and gauges w/WEMA for both fuel and water ~9 years ago and have been working flawlessly.

Re: Best tank monitor

I'm sold on Tank Tenders. Used for years, dead-on reliable and super simple.
