Bilge Pump Counter by monitoring power draw

Does anyone make a Bilge Pump Counter / Alarm that monitors pump power draw?
long story, but I want to use a Rule Mate with integrated switch and logic, so to monitor would need to monitor power draw.

If the Rule Mate is like the Whale Supersub Smart I've got on board, it'll output power on the manual override wire when the internal sensor activates and runs the pump. In my case, I'm only using that to trigger a light, but you could use it to trigger a counter as well.
