Black water stink

I'm about to replace some hoses to get rid of the stink, but I am wondering if the flexible tank is also permeated. Do these tanks need to be switched out also?

Re: Black water stink

Top quality flexible tanks rarely if ever permeate but cheap ones can. Without knowing the quality of yours. Fwiw, even the best ones have only about a 15 yr lifespan, so depending on the age of yours, and whether it's been subject to any chafing, it may be time to replace it.
