Cheap Bilge Pump

A friend of mine has just ordered one of these no name $60 1100gph bilge pumps from eBay. I just wondered if anyone had ever used one and what it is like? They are so cheap I just wonder if they are any good?

I bought (once) a cheap bilge-pump from aliexpress. Still using it, but the results are underwhelming. I already have a spare ready for the day it fails.
It looks similar but is quite loud and the performance less than stated. I have the impression, they skimped on all parts. In my case the housing contained for a large part only air, which wasn't the case for the Shureflow of the same dimentions.
