Chinese diesel heater fuel line

Installing in a monohull- pulling fuel from a 20L Diesel Jerry can...is it ok to replace the flimsy nylon fuel line that come with the heater with a thicker, automotive style line? SAE-30R7...rated for diesel fuel. I had read about specific rigidity aspects of nylon fuel lines for these heaters, but it’s just a short run- less than 2 meters...any insight?

Re: Chinese diesel heater fuel line

Yes it's ok and better than the line sent with the heater. You can find 1/8" fuel line on ebay, Amazon and small engine repair shops.
