Cleghorn Waring replacement parts, anyone?

Tl; dr: Anyone know someplace to find replacement parts for Cleghorn Waring basin shower/mixer, or other faucets with the same dimensions?

Hi!

We have a 40 foot, 1979/1980 sailboat in which a lot of the pressurised water equipment is by the brand Cleghorn Waring. The equipment was purchased between 1979 and the early 80s by a previous owner of the boat.

We are now having trouble finding spare parts online.

Specifically, we have a Cleghorn Waring Basin Shower Mixer installed: A faucet with a shower diverter. In this faucet, the valve under the cold water knob has now broken, and we have not been able to track down replacement parts for the faucet.

Anyone know where I might be able to purchase some? Also open for suggestions for a substitute to replace the entire faucet... It seems the spacing between the hot/cold water knobs of the faucet (11 cm) is not easy to find in faucets from other brands ...

I have attached a couple of photos of the valve part we need.
